Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our sections and click on any items that you wish to buy and put add them to the basket. Proceed to the checkout or continue shopping.

WEEE Regulations

Upbeat Care is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. For example, if a customer bought a new electric toothbrush from us we would accept their old electric toothbrush and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. For further details please contact us.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

Shipping And Handling 

Items listed may not always be available for immediate dispatch although if this is the case, we endeavour to despatch these orders within 4-5 working days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched or you may receive an update email if your order is not dispatched within this time.

Orders over £40 including VAT are sent free of charge by Royal Mail 48 within the United Kingdom including the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles & Isle of Man. Orders under £40 are sent by Royal Mail 48 and charged £3.50. We endeavour to process and despatch your order the same day, if received before 3pm. All orders are tracked and will be delivered by Royal Mail, usually the next day, but this may take a little longer depending on your location.

All International orders are sent by Fedex and is added to your order at Checkout. 

No profits are made from shipping.

If you specify delivery instructions with your order for the item(s) to be left in a safe place then this is at the customer's own risk. Upbeat Care cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are left and go missing. All parcels are tracked so should you encounter a problem, which are very rare, please email info@upbeatcare.co.uk so we can investigate.

Please note that although we only intend to advertise products available for immediate dispatch; all dispatch times are subject to availability. We will contact you via email if we are unable to dispatch your order immediately.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Back Orders 

Although unlikely, if your item is not in stock for immediate dispatch, we will notify you within 5 working days with the option to cancel your order or await delivery.
Tax Charges 20% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security 

Customers are transferred to our secure transaction facilities for processing. Your card details are taken on secure servers making your online transaction completely safe.

While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details, Upbeat Care cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties. All personal details are handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our own Privacy Policy.

English law applies to this contract. We practice a policy of continual review and reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Returns Policy 

We understand our obligations as a merchant in the UK and comply with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000" Regulations. Provided you keep goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 21 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact Upbeat Care within 28 days and will be entitled to replacement or a full refund and we will arrange collection at our own expense. Upbeat Care reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.
